Shipping Method: Free Shipping

We’re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase required! We believe in keeping things simple and hassle-free, which is why every order gets fast and free delivery straight to your door.

Our standard shipping option is called "Free Tracked Shipping" and applies to all domestic orders.

Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Here’s how long it’ll take for your order to arrive:

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on where you are.
  • Total Time: From the time you place your order, you can expect it to arrive in 5-10 business days (processing + shipping).

Keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

What to Know About Shipping Delays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update in the carrier’s system.

Issues with Orders or Addresses

Make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at support@orthokix.com, and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Once your order is on its way, we won’t be able to update the address.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Refunds for Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. However, if there’s an issue with your order because of a mistake on our end (like a defective or incorrect item), we’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.
