Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- They should be returned with their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at support@orthokix.com or call +1 323-510-3202 within 60 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we’ve received the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Important:
If you used a discount or promotional offer, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away by emailing support@orthokix.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll handle the return and send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost.
Wrong Orders
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or style, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please double-check your order before submitting to avoid this situation.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, you’ll need to return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.
Shipping Information
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery taking another 4-7 business days. This means most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
Note: At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses.
